Mc Morran Balance

The Mc Morran Balance allows you to easily figure the yardage in a pound of yarn. Indispensable for crochet, hand knitting, machine knitting, spinning, or weaving. Simply place a length of yarn over the balance arm and trim away yarn until arm balances. Measure the final length of yarn and multiply that number by 100 to find the yards in a pound of yarn.
